OPEN POSITIONS

In-Book Administrative Assistant

Using a number of customer engagement tools including inbound and out-bound phone dialing, our in-book Administrative Assistants are responsible for connecting with the clients of some of the nation’s largest and most respected companies. We have provided customers engagement solutions for companies in a wide array of industries from insurance, real estate, to casino and gaming.

  • A great attitude, willingness to work hard and a desire to have fun at work are a must.
  • Must be able to type 30 wpm, read and write English, and have excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to write business-professional emails is required.
  • Must be computer literate with basic web-based systems.
  • Current hours of operation are 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Flexible part-time hours are available. Must work a minimum of 12 hours per week and a maximum of 28 hours per week.
  • Full-time positions are also available. Must work 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime is not currently offered or required for this position.

Starting compensation is $9.00 per hour. Opportunities for pay increases are based on performance. Training is paid.

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after an initial probationary period.

Inside Sales Representative

Engagex works with some of the largest insurance carriers in the world. Our corporate partnerships open up a target market of about 30,000 specific insurance agents across the country who are perfect prospects for our service. The inside sales rep will work to enroll these insurance agents in our appointment setting services. Through nurturing inbound marketing leads and consistently placing outbound calls, our inside sales reps speak with hundreds of insurance agents each week to drive the growth of the company.

  • 2+ years of¬†inside sales experience
  • Experience making outbound sales calls (we require 350 dials per week)
  • The ability to write business-professional emails
  • Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Currently, only full-time positions are available at 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime is not currently offered or required for this position.

Our inside sales reps make a base salary of $32,000 per year with an OTE of $46,000 after commission. Top sales reps are able to reach salaries as high as $80,000+.
